You will not be the same after a Kundalini Yoga class, never mind 10 of them!! The calming benefits may bee felt the day after the class, and beyond.
You will be exploring a blend of Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, specific breathing applications, and sound current. This is a grand opportunity to recalibrate the imprint of addictive patterning on the brain. These yogic components provide a psychological advantage necessary to remain calm and non-reactive under the most challenging situations. Further, it gives on the immunity to protect oneself from the pressures of society which can lead to addictions. These classes will provide a direct experience for the excellence of the Self as well as practical tools to share with others.
Bring: You may bring your own yoga mat or use one of ours. Spill-proof bottle of water. Dress in layers.
Our current classes are on Wednesdays at 11-12:15 PM and 7:15-8:45 PM.
On the Full Moons, we offer Sound Baths with gong, crystal bowls, Native American flutes, and more in the evening classes!
These classes must be redeemable by the end of January, and all 10 classes expire by April 1st, 2020. No need to register, simply drop-in.
